11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Solar Motion alarm is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted in the state in which Solar Motion Alarm is registered.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
